We are seeking a talented and creative Interior Designer to join our team. As our Interior Designer, you will be responsible for designing and creating functional and aesthetically pleasing spaces for our clients. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and preferences, and then develop design concepts that align with their vision. This role requires proficiency in various design software programs. Responsibilities: - Collaborate with clients to determine their design preferences - Develop design concepts and present them to clients for approval - Create detailed floor plans, 3D models, and renderings using design-based software - Select fixtures, finishes, and materials that meet the client's preferences - Coordinate with material vendors to ensure fit, finish, and timeliness of material selections - Oversee the overall execution of the approved design plan - Provide guidance and support to production crews, as needed Experience: - Proven experience as an Interior Designer or similar role - Proficiency in design-based software programs - Strong knowledge of interior design principles and practices - Familiarity with finish materials and local vendors - Experience in renovating or remodeling spaces is a plus - Ability to read architectural drawings and blueprints - Excellent communication and presentation skills - Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask We offer competitive compensation based on experience.
