The ideal candidate is passionate about design, detail-oriented, and eager to contribute to all phases of the design process. This role offers the opportunity to work both independently and in a collaborative environment. Key Responsibilities: • Participate in all phases of interior design projects, from concept development through construction documentation and installation. • Develop design concepts that align with client needs, and project goals • Prepare detailed drawings, presentations, and specifications • Select and specify finishes, materials, and furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FFE). • Collaborate with owners, consultants, and contractors to ensure cohesive project execution. • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and maintaining design integrity. Qualifications: • Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Design. • Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial interior design projects. • Proficient in Revit/BIM and Microsoft Office Suite. • Familiar with Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign a plus. • Experience in FFE selection and specification is a plus. • Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills. • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team setting.
