Job Description We are seeking an Interior Design/Sales Associate to become a part of our team. You will plan, design, and sell clients furniture packages. This is a full-time position with Junior and Senior positions available. Many of our Designers sell more than $1 million per year and make over $80,000 a year. More than 75% of our Designers make over $55,000 per year. We pay commissions on written business, so you don't have to wait for delivery to get paid. Responsibilities • Formulate designs that are aesthetic and personalized to the client. • Select design components to create a unique and purposeful space. • Maintain client, vendor, and colleague relationships. • Prepare sketches and documentation for client presentation. Qualifications • Previous experience in interior design or other related fields. • Deadline and detail-oriented. • Ability to follow a process to produce consistent results. • Excellent communication skills. • Results-oriented.
