Job Overview We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Interior Painter to join our team. As an Interior Painter, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality painting services to our clients. You will work on various interior painting projects, ensuring that all work meets the highest standards of quality and client satisfaction. This is a long-term position that requires dependability, reliability, and excellent communication skills. In this role, you will have the opportunity to grow and develop your skills in painting techniques, materials, and tools. Please note that this position involves manual labor tasks associated with interior painting, which require physical stamina and strength. Responsibilities: • Clean, sand, and scrape surfaces to prepare them for painting. • FILL CRACKS, HOLES, AND JOINTS WITH CAULK, PUTTY, PLASTER, OR OTHER FILLERS USING CAULKING GUNS OR PUTTY KNIVES. • REMOVE OLD PAINT USING PAINT REMOVERS, SCRAPERS, WIRE BRUSHES, OR BLOWTORCHES. • MIX AND MATCH PAINT COLORS TO ACHIEVE DESIRED HUES. • APPLY PAINT, VARNISHES, STAINS AND OTHER FINISHES USING BRUSHES, ROLLERS, AND SPRAY EQUIPMENT. • ENSURE EVEN COVERAGE AND SMOOTH FINISHES WITHOUT DRIPS, STREAKS, OR MISSED SPOTS. • INSPECT PAINTED SURFACES FOR COMPLETENESS AND TOUCH UP ANY AREAS THAT REQUIRE ADDITIONAL ATTENTION. • ENSURE THAT ALL WORK MEETS HIGH-QUALITY STANDARDS AND CLIENT SPECIFICATIONS. Qualifications: • Proven experience as an Interior Painter or similar role in the construction industry. • Ability to work effectively on construction sites while adhering to safety protocols. • Excellent attention to detail with an emphasis on quality workmanship. • Physical stamina and strength to perform manual labor tasks associated with interior painting. • Strong knowledge of painting techniques, materials, and tools. • Ability to mix and match paint colors accurately.
