Job Summary As an Interior Finisher, you will be responsible for applying finishes to interior surfaces, including walls, ceilings, and floors. Your work will involve selecting and preparing materials, operating power tools, and ensuring high-quality finishes. Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities • Selecting and preparing materials, such as paints, varnishes, and stains, in accordance with specifications and quality standards. • Operating power tools, such as sanders, drills, and saws, to prepare and finish surfaces. • Applying finishes, including painting, staining, and varnishing, to interior surfaces. • Ensuring that all work meets quality standards and is completed on time. Qualifications • High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary certificate or degree preferred. • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a related field, such as carpentry or construction. • Ability to read and follow blueprints, diagrams, and specifications. • Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
