• *Reports To:** Director of Design
• *Summary** The successful candidate will be part of a fully integrated team of strategists, designers, architects, construction managers and specialists working primarily on commercial interior design projects
• *Supervisory Responsibility:** None
• *Essential Job Functions**
+ Effectively communicate with the client to create accurate programming of the project, ensuring the clients design is properly captured and accurately defined
+ Create presentations, that include concepts, inspirations, renderings, etc. and present them directly to the client
+ Design and documentation of interior spaces to include, drawing of floor plans, creation of perspective views, and communication of vision surface finishes, pattern plans, elevations, details, room and room finishes.
+ Interact with the client as well as Infinity Group (IG) team members including Client Relations, Pre-Construction and Architecture & Engineering regularly to provide accurate design documents
+ Produce drawings (including design casework, feature walls/ceilings) using Revit and perform support functions as directed in conformance with project time, cost and quality constraints
+ Create a clear design presentation the client, including items such as floor plans, design statements, product selections, and any elevations to move from design development phase to design delivery
+ Commit to the client experience through effective and timely written and visual communication.
+ Actively contribute ideas, communications, and assistance within a matrix environment as a team member
+ Maintain accurate drawing files through all phases of design development
+ Maintain up to date task status and schedule of responsible tasks in Project Management Platform
+ Travel to client sites for initial presentations, project orientation and progress reviews
• *Skill & Knowledge Requirements**
+ Strong knowledge of the interior design process
+ Strong knowledge of interior design products and finishes and their sources
+ Excellence in written communication and in-person presentation skills
+ Ability to successfully involve oneself in a team collaboration environment
+ Organized and descriptive note taker with clear objectives.
+ Attention to detail in all design documents submittals
+ Strong follow-through and commitment to team deadlines
+ Awareness of the interior design code compliance and the drive to learn more
+ Self-motivated, a can-do attitude is essential
• *Technology Expertise Requirements**
+ Advanced knowledge of Revit software
+ Basic AutoCAD knowledge
+ Additional rendering programs (Enscape)
+ Photoshop or editing capabilities
+ MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
+ Ability to learn Infinity Group CLEAR Project Management Platform
• *Education**
+ BS in Interior Design or Interior Architecture
+ Any industry certifications welcome
• *Physical Requirements**
+ Be able to lift samples and plan sets
+ Be able to stand for a long period of time including walking
+ Be able to visit job sites during construction on occasion
+ Must be vaccinated and willing to maintain all CDC guidelines
