About the Position This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Design/Space Planner. As a key member of our construction services team, you will be responsible for designing tenant improvement projects and collaborating with tenants and internal teams to create functional, compliant, and cost-effective layouts. Key Responsibilities • Responsible for architectural design and production utilizing AutoCAD. • Creation of schematic floor plan based on the client's programming information. • Meet with prospective clients to discuss programming needs and requirements.
