Interior Architectural Designer

Chandos Collective seeks experienced Interior Architectural Designer for residential projects with extensive knowledge of classical architecture and millwork. We are looking for someone with a minimum of 2.5 years of experience or more for renovations and new construction Accepting part-time, full-time and contract applicants. Available immediately. Email resume to admin@chandoscollective.com Responsibilities: – Collaborate with principal and design team during design phase – Lead production and preparation of documents and specifications – Communication with clients, engineers, vendors and general contractors throughout design and construction – Furniture plans & elevations – Millwork details, ceiling details, tile, electrical plans, etc. – Construction administration including submittal review Qualifications: – Proficient in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office Suite – Knowledge of building materials, construction techniques and specifications – Highly organized and detail oriented with good communication skills – Ability to manage several projects with varying deadlines – Excellent communication skills – Ability to contribute to design solutions – Team player Salary commensurate with skill and experience.
