We are seeking a highly creative and experienced Interior Architect/Interior Designer to join our premier hospitality events company in South Florida. The ideal candidate will be a senior-level design professional with at least 7 years of experience in the field, including restaurant development. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and developing Orlando restaurants, as well as creating and developing concepts for various themes in the spheres of restaurant, hospitality, residential, and event fantasy interior/exterior spaces. The successful candidate will also work alongside in-house architects, designers, craftsmen, and artisans to take events from rendering to reality. Key Responsibilities: • Develop and design concepts for various themes in the spheres of restaurant, hospitality, residential, and event fantasy interior/exterior spaces. • Design and develop Orlando restaurants. • Work alongside in-house architects, designers, craftsmen, and artisans to take events from rendering to reality. • Use expert-level AutoCAD 3D, 3D Studio MAX, and Photoshop to produce finished renderings with a creative approach and within a timely completion. • Transition layouts into Adobe Master Suites. • Produce finished renderings with creative approach and within timely completion. • Conduct freehand sketching and architectural drawing, which are great assets. Requirements • BA/BS of Architecture, Interior Design, or equivalent. • Minimum 7 years experience in the field, including restaurant development. • Expert-level AutoCAD 3D – extruding to line drawings. • Expert-level 3D Studio MAX – to assist the ACAD drawing. • Expert-level Photoshop – to illustrate final renderings. • Proficient with Apple/Mac software. • Proficient Adobe In Design, Art CAM. • Knowledge in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.). • Excellent verbal/written skills. • Good organization. • Creative imagination and passionate about design.
