Interior Architect Specialist

Job Overview: HOK is currently seeking a skilled Sr Interiors Project Architect to join our team. This role will be responsible for the issuance and content of deliverables, technical content of HOK documents, and coordination of disciplines. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of design trends, construction methodology, material application, and manufacturer-supplier appropriateness. They should also possess advanced CAD drafting skills and proficiency in AutoCAD/Architectural Desktop, Revit, and MS Office. • Main Responsibilities: • Ensure the overall design intent of the project is incorporated into detailed documentation. • Responsible for technical resolution and coordination for a defined portion of a project. • Project Manager in writing specifications. • Set up project team software parameters and manage standards. Required Skills and Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in architecture and be NCARB registered. You should also have proficiency in 3D modeling software, such as 3D Studio Max and Viz 2006, and graphic software like Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketchup, and InDesign.
