Interior Architect

A bespoke, full-service residential design firm located in downtown Chicago is looking to add an Interior Architect to their team! The firm is responsible for coordinating and implementing all phases of architecture and design, from concept through construction and furniture installation. Responsibilities Maintain drawing sets in Revit and/or CAD from Schematic Design through Construction DocumentsCreate Revit families and/or CAD blocks as required for project-specific specialty itemsReference project information in Studio Designer as neededPrepare PDFs for internal drawing review/coordination, Project Architect or Senior Architectural Designer review, client meetings, and drawing issuancesPrepare sketches during Construction Administration to be issued to General ContractorsProduce custom millwork drawingsQualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Interior Architecture, or Interior Design3+ years of experienceExperience in interior residential architecture, with significant experience in high-end residential projects, is requiredProficiency in RevitExperience with AutoCAD is a plusJob Type & LocationThis is a Permanent position based out of Chicago, IL.
