Interior Architect

Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Interior Architect located in Orlando, FL. The Interior Architect must have excellent proficiency in REVIT to create working drawings at a rapid pace. This is a job that requires immediate proficiency in technical skills and should be primarily considered a desk job with occasional on site visits. They will work closely with a team of interior designers to plan and implement designs that align with clients' needs and vision. Additionally, the Interior Architect work with contractors to ensure that the project is carried out to completion and within budget. Qualifications • Bachelor's degree or higher in Interior Architecture or Interior Design from an accredited university • 5+ years of experience in an Interior Architect role • Expertise in design software such as Revit, AutoCAD, and Photoshop • Strong knowledge of building systems, codes, and regulations • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment • Experience in project management and sourcing of furniture, fixtures, and equipment is a plus • NCIDQ certification is a plus
