About this role

Interior Designer/Architect Location: Tulsa County, Oklahoma Full-Time 80-90K Hybrid – 2 days remote per week (after training period) Position Overview A leading architecture and design firm in Tulsa County is seeking a talented and experienced Interior Designer or Architect to join its collaborative team. This role is ideal for a creative professional with at least 8 years of experience who is passionate about shaping interior spaces that support and enhance communities. The selected candidate will play a key role in leading projects from concept through completion, with a focus on delivering thoughtful, functional, and visually compelling interior environments. Key Responsibilities • Project Design: Lead and contribute to all phases of interior design projects, including programming, space planning, schematic and design development, construction documents, and construction administration • Furniture and Finish Selection: Provide layout, specification, and selection of furniture, fixtures, and finishes • Project Management: Oversee project delivery, coordinate with consultants and stakeholders, manage timelines, and respond to scope changes • Team Collaboration: Work closely with project architects and other design team members to ensure quality, consistency, and design intent across all deliverables Qualifications • Degree in Interior Design or Architecture • Minimum 8 years of experience in interior design, including construction documentation, coordination, and administration • Strong knowledge of building and zoning codes, permitting processes, and industry standards • Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office Suite • Demonstrated leadership, mentorship, and team management skills • Exceptional organization and communication skills Benefits • Health & Dental Insurance: PPO plan, 100% employer-paid • Vision Insurance • Paid Time Off • 14 Paid Holidays • 401(k) Retirement Plan: Employer match • Life Insurance • Short-Term Disability • Parental Leave How to Apply Interested candidates should submit a resume and portfolio showcasing relevant project experience and design work.
