Interior Architect/Designer Position Glastonbury, CT This senior-level position presents an opportunity for a talented Interior Architect/Designer to join our Glastonbury office and contribute to the growth of our corporate/workplace practice. Key Responsibilities: • 10+ years of experience working as an interior architect or designer in the corporate market. • Expertise in the architectural design process, including programming, planning, design development, construction documents, and project execution. • Excellent interpersonal skills, with strong listening and communication abilities. • Ability to work independently and as part of a high-performing team. • A self-starter with excellent organizational and time management skills. • Proven ability to manage project budgets, schedules, and resources. • Leadership and mentoring experience, with the ability to direct junior staff. • Experience leading clients and project teams from initial concept through construction completion. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Interior Design (NCIDQ certification required). • Experience with Revit and other industry-standard software.
