Interior Architect

Puyenpa Services LLC is seeking an experienced Interior Designer to join our team in Norco, CA. As an Interior Designer, you will be responsible for developing and coordinating interior design projects from programming to construction documents and procurement. The ideal candidate will have experience with facility planning, systems furniture, technical guides, specification catalogs, purchasing, and computer-aided design and software programs. They will also have a valid driver's license and be able to read electrical schematics and mechanical blueprints. In this role, you will work directly alongside our CAD Drafter and government employees/customers to provide creative solutions from sketches, computer models, and verbal information supplied by an engineer, architect, or end-user. Key responsibilities include: • Creating complex drawings and computer renderings that include multiple views, details, and visual representation. • Obtaining materials and finish samples. Preparing detailed specification packages. • Maintaining Interior Design DWG files and co-maintaining master Building and Archibus cad files.
