Requirements: Must-Haves: • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Interior Architecture, Interior Design, or Architecture. • 5+ years of experience in a similar role, demonstrating a strong understanding of both interior design and architectural principles. • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other relevant design software. • Knowledge of building codes, accessibility standards, and sustainable design practices. • Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills. Nice-to-Haves: • NCIDQ certification or architectural licensure. • LEED accreditation. • Experience with various project types, including commercial, residential, and hospitality. • A portfolio showcasing innovative design solutions and technical expertise.
