Interior Architect

Seeking an experienced Interior Designer / Interior Architect to work on projects that include corporate, commercial, educational, restaurant, hospitality, residential and religious. Excellent career opportunity. Responsibilities: We are looking for a talented designer with a focus on contemporary design. Responsibilities: • Collaborate on projects including programming client needs, conceptual design, schematic design, and design development • Participate in selection of finishes, furniture, art, and specifications • Provide project team coordination for the finish plans, specifications, and material selections required for construction • Participate in the construction administration of projects and review of submittals and finish samples • Assist in managing client expectations, team communication and consultant coordination • Implement all AutoCAD, Revit and rendering software standards • Contribute to office activities, initiatives, and learning programs • Manage Resource Library and manufacturer updates and appointments Requirements 1. Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Design or Architectural Design. 2. 5 or more years of Interior Design / Interior Architecture experience.
