Job Summary: We are seeking a talented and experienced Architect/Designer to join our team. As an Architect/Designer, you will be responsible for designing various building projects and remodels. You will collaborate with lead designer, clients, builders, and other professionals to create functional and aesthetically pleasing structures ... Responsibilities: - Develop architectural designs and plans for new construction projects and remodels - Create detailed drawings using CAD, Sketchup, Revit and other design software. -Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and preferences. - Ensure that designs comply with building codes, regulations and zoning laws. - Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise. - Coordinate with contractors, and other professionals to ensure smooth project execution. -Sourcing of materials Experience: - Proven experience as an Architect/Interior Architect or similar role - Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit), Sketchup, for creating detailed drawings - Strong knowledge of building materials, codes, and zoning laws - Experience with project management, including budgeting and scheduling - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment Skills: 3-5 years experience: Interior Design Knowledge, Architectural Building, Drafting, CAD, Revit, Sketchup, Space Planning We offer competitive compensation based on experience.
