Role Overview This Hotel Equipment Technician role involves maintaining the hotel's equipment, including guest room appliances, public restroom fixtures, and vending machines. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing routine maintenance tasks, troubleshooting equipment problems, and completing repairs in a timely and efficient manner. Duties and Responsibilities • Routine maintenance of hotel equipment, including guest room appliances, public restroom fixtures, and vending machines. • Troubleshooting and repairing equipment problems in a timely and efficient manner. • Completing preventative maintenance tasks, following a checklist of items. • Providing exceptional customer service to guests and responding to their maintenance requests in a courteous and prompt manner. Qualifications • A high school diploma or general education degree (GED) is required. • Three to six months related experience and/or training are also necessary. • Basic maintenance skills, including electrical, plumbing, and HVAC knowledge are essential.
