Job Title We are seeking a skilled Interior Designer to join our team. As an interior designer, you will be responsible for creating functional and visually appealing office spaces that align with business goals. Job Description The ideal candidate will have experience in interior design, space planning, and project management. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to gather business intelligence for move sequencing and relocation logistics. Your responsibilities will include: • Lead the design planning and execution of office space projects from concept through completion. • Develop drawings and presentations for internal stakeholders to communicate design intent and spatial solutions. • Collaborate with vendors and property management to ensure alignment with company standards. • Oversee construction management for office buildouts and expansions. • Maintain compliance with corporate workplace design standards through review of fit plans and construction documents. Required Skills and Qualifications To be successful in this role, you must possess: • Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or related field. • 3 years of experience in interior design, space planning, and project management. • Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office Suite. • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects. • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
