Interior Design Leader Position We are seeking an innovative and skilled interior design leader to spearhead our in-home design program. Main Responsibilities: • Promote the in-home design program, present customized portfolio presentations tailored to clients' requirements, and achieve or surpass store sales goals. • Achieve annual operating benchmarks and personal objectives. • Schedule and conduct in-home consultations to understand clients' unique needs, preferences, and vision for their space. This role requires proficiency in computer-aided design programs, financial understanding, adept interpersonal communication, analytical abilities, goal orientation, team management, and customer service. A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required, along with 2-3 years of experience in sales or interior design, with a residential emphasis. Required Skills and Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. • 2-3 years of experience in sales or interior design, with a residential emphasis. • Proficient in Microsoft Office 365, computer-aided design programs, financial understanding, adept interpersonal communication, analytical abilities, goal orientation, team management, and customer service.
