Job Description As a high-performance architectural designer, you will lead all design phases for interior projects. Your expertise will shape the vision and guide the team to deliver exceptional results. The role requires extensive client interaction, strong communication skills, and a deep understanding of design principles. The successful candidate will have a graduate degree in architecture or equivalent experience. A minimum of 5 years' experience in corporate or workplace design projects is preferred, with proficiency in Revit, MS Office Suite, Adobe Creative Suite, and Affinity Program tools. • Assist in overall technical design for projects • Direct staff to complete design and technical drawing • Review design and technical drawing of other designers • Work with technical staff to resolve inconsistencies in drawings • Aid in creating floor plans, elevations, and millwork details • Review and redline construction documents • Produce space plans for projects • Finalize details on projects You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and preferences. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for this role. Additionally, you must be able to manage and lead staff through direct authority and subject matter expertise.
