In House Interior Design 3D Renderer

Interior Designer + 3D Visualization Specialist (SketchUp | Chief Architect | V-Ray) Chic Interiors is seeking a talented, detail-driven designer who loves both the creative side of interiors and the technical side of producing polished visuals. If you’re strong in SketchUp, Chief Architect, and V-Ray—and you’re a great teammate who enjoys working with clients—this could be a great fit. What you’ll do • Create 3D models and photorealistic renderings using SketchUp + V-Ray • Produce accurate plans/elevations in Chief Architect (and support drawings as needed) • Develop design concepts, selections, and presentation boards (furniture, lighting, finishes, etc.) • Support client meetings: listen well, communicate clearly, and help guide decisions • Collaborate with our team to keep projects organized and moving forward What we’re looking for • Proficiency in SketchUp, Chief Architect, and V-Ray (required) • Strong interior design knowledge: space planning, scale, materials, furniture, lighting, finishes • Excellent communication and a professional, friendly client-facing presence • Organized, deadline-aware, and detail oriented • Positive, can-do attitude and strong team mindset Bonus points • AutoCAD/Revit experience, Photoshop/Illustrator, or 3D asset/library management • Experience with construction documents, cabinetry layouts, or remodel/new build work Chic Interiors 153 E Clark Ave suite 101 Orcutt CA 934555 Job Type: Full-time Pay: $16.90 - $25.00 per hour Expected hours: 30 per week Experience: • CAD Design: 1 year (Required) • 3D Rendering Artist : 1 year (Required) Ability to Commute: • Santa Maria, CA 93455 (Required) Willingness to travel: • 100% (Required) Work Location: In person
