Responsibilities
• Promote the La-Z-Boy In-Home Design program to draft potential design solutions
• Schedule and conduct in-home consultations to understand client’s needs and vision
• Partner with Store and Sales Managers to coach and support sales teams
• Create design concepts and digital presentations tailored to client preferences
• Ensure operational excellence and adherence to brand visual standards
• Assist store management with special projects and promotions
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• 2-3 years of experience in sales or interior design with a residential emphasis
