Sales Representative This part-time/full-time outside sales position (1099) requires developing relationships with pre-qualified homeowners. You will not generate leads; 80% of the groundwork has been done prior to your first interaction with prospective customers. A rigorous pre-qualification process ensures success. Your focus is solely on selling, while we handle order processing and post-sale changes. Train on our proprietary sales presentation within 90 days and deliver it to consumers who genuinely need our services. Preference may be given to candidates with acrylic bathroom remodeling sales experience from companies like Reborn, Dreamline, Rebath, Luxury Bath, Bathfitter, etc. Key Responsibilities: • Deliver our proprietary sales presentation using an iPad • Participate in weekly sales training during meetings • Create new baths using our proprietary iPad software • Deliver prices and close sales daily Qualifications: • Developed interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills • Confident and poised public speaker • Strong ambition, self-motivation, and self-discipline • Ability to work independently • Naturally outgoing and articulate individual thriving in social settings • Previous sales experience preferred but not necessary • Fluent in Spanish language
