What You’ll Do
Run the Road: Manage 2-3 in-home consultations daily.
Solve & Design: Use your eye for detail and our tech platform to create custom interior and exterior solutions.
Own the Result: This is a performance-based role. You’ll be expected to follow up, generate referrals, and maximize every lead.
Availability: This is a full-time career. Monday-Friday, Evenings and Saturdays are required.

This position requires a 5-6 week full-time training from Monday to Friday (paid). Post-training, expect to have sales appointments up to 6:00pm weekdays, and appointments on Saturdays, compensated by a weekday off.
