In-Home Consultant, Design Professional

We are seeking a creative and organized individual to join our team as a Design Studio Specialist. As a Sales Expert, you will be responsible for creating and presenting design plans based on clients' needs, style, preferences, and living space. About the Role You will be responsible for inspiring customers to bring their unique style to life, providing seamless shopping experiences through in-store and in-home consultations, promoting continued customer engagement and fostering loyalty towards our brand. Key Responsibilities: • Design Plans: Create and present design plans based on clients' needs, style, preferences, and living space, ensuring a cohesive and stylish outcome. • Consultations: Utilize your design expertise to assist clients in one-on-one consultations, guiding them in the design of their living spaces to drive sales. • Sales and Promotions: Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions to achieve and exceed established sales and productivity goals. Critical Skills and Qualifications: • Design Experience: Experience working with design elements is preferred but not required. • Complex Order Coordination: Ability to complete and coordinate complex large orders within various sales channels. • Multitasking: Proven ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
