ID Bookkeeper-Interior Design Bookkeeper/Accountant-Work Remotely

ID BOOKKEEPER LLC, an Accounting Firm focused on Bookkeeping and Accounting services exclusively for Interior Designers nationwide, has openings for experienced Interior Design Bookkeepers and Accountants. Bookkeeping or Accounting experience using Design Manager, Studio Designer/Studio Webware, Designer Advantage, IVY/Houzz, MyDoma Studio, Design Files or QuickBooks Online in an Interior Design Firm is highly desirable. Experience with Microsoft Office 365, MS Outlook, MS Excel and MS SharePoint is required. Independent Bookkeepers and Accountants looking to build their practice are highly encouraged to apply. Work is 100% remote using cloud based software. Flexible hours but candidates must be available to work and multi-task during normal business hours 5 days a week. Minimum commitment of 25 hours per week. Candidates may be based anywhere in the United States. Four Year degree in Accounting is preferred. Candidate(s) must show the skills necessary to work remotely in "The Cloud" with our clients who are based in major metropolitan areas Nationwide. Must have the necessary home or private office space (without distractions) and computer equipment, dual-monitors, printer and scanner to work remotely via the internet. Computer equipment and internet service must be recent and up to date in order to handle the latest cloud based applications. Starting compensation is hourly and based upon previous Interior Design Bookkeeping/Accounting experience. Compensation increases over time based upon performance. This is a 1099 contract remote position with flexible hours.
