About the Position The HR Manager will serve as a key member of our management team, working closely with senior leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that drive business success. This role requires a strategic thinker who can analyze data, identify trends, and make informed decisions to optimize HR processes and improve employee engagement. Key Responsibilities • Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of HR functions, staying up-to-date with best practices and industry trends • Collaborate with department heads to identify talent development opportunities, creating customized training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge • Design and implement effective performance management systems, ensuring fair and equitable treatment of all employees • Maintain accurate and detailed records of employee information, adhering to strict confidentiality protocols and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations Requirements • Bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in human resources, preferably in a leadership role • Labor Relations certification - may be advantageous • Experience as a Skills Development Facilitator - may be advantageous • Able to engage in meaningful negotiation and resolution, possessing excellent verbal and written communication skills • Knowledge of employment legislation, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations
