We are seeking a skilled Hospitality Interior Designer to create exceptional spaces for restaurants and hotels. You will manage projects from creative concept to technical execution. This role requires advanced 3D modeling expertise and the ability to produce precise technical drawings. Responsibilities Concept Design: Develop unique interior design concepts for hotels, bars, and restaurants. 3D Modeling: Build immersive 3D environments and high-end renderings using 3D software. Technical Drafting: Create detailed construction documents, floor plans, elevations, and joinery details. Material Selection: Source hospitality-grade finishes, furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E). Collaboration: Coordinate with architects, contractors, and hospitality clients to ensure design accuracy. Qualifications Experience: Proven track record in restaurant, bar, or hotel interior design. 3D Software: Proficiency in 3ds Max, SketchUp, Rhino, or Blender. Technical Software: Mastery of AutoCAD, Revit, or ArchiCAD for construction sets. Knowledge: Deep understanding of hospitality spatial planning, building codes, and material durability.
