We are looking for a passionate Home Stylist to join our team and help our customers express their style through our home decor.The ideal candidate for this role will have an eye for design, a passion for creating beautiful living spaces, and a knack for helping customers express their personal style. Our Home Stylists must be highly organized, motivated, and dedicated to providing outstanding customer service. The ability to take initiative and work independently is essential.We are looking for someone with:• A minimum of two years of experience in retail sales and/or home decor• Proven interpersonal and customer service skills• Excellent communication and organizational skills• An eye for detail and a passion for creating beautiful living spaces• A positive attitude and willingness to learn• The ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing environmentIf this sounds like the perfect job for you, we look forward to hearing from you! Responsibilities: Assist customers in creating a unique and personalized living space that reflects each individual's style. Provide outstanding customer service to ensure customer satisfaction. Use excellent communication and organizational skills to ensure the smooth running of retail sales and home decor operations. Exercise attention to detail and create beautiful living spaces. Take initiative and work independently in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment. Remain up-to-date with current trends in home decor and design. Ensure that store inventory is accurately displayed and stocked. Train and mentor new staff members on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service.
