We’re seeking a Home Stylist who has a refined eye, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and cares deeply about the details most people miss. This role blends design, staging, client interaction, and hands-on execution—perfect for someone who loves both the creative vision and bringing it to life. What You’ll Do Style and install furnishings, artwork, and accessories for staged homes and design projects Conduct in-person client consultations with confidence and professionalism Create and execute cohesive styling plans that align with our brand aesthetic design, pull, prep, and organize inventory for installs Load/unload and install staging items on-site Maintain an impeccably organized warehouse and inventory system Travel to multiple job sites using your personal vehicle Collaborate closely with our team to deliver elevated, market-ready spaces Who we are looking for You have a strong, natural eye for design—you just get it You’re highly detail-oriented (borderline obsessive—in the best way) about cleanliness, styling, and visual balance You’re confident interacting with clients and can represent the brand professionally in person You’re organized, efficient, and able to manage multiple moving pieces You work well within a team and bring a positive, respectful, and open-minded attitude You value inclusivity and feel aligned with a diverse, welcoming work environment You’re reliable, punctual, and take pride in your work Requirements Comfortable with physical work (lifting, moving furniture, full install days) Valid driver’s license and reliable personal vehicle Willingness to travel between job sites Availability during weekdays (flexibility based on install schedule) Bonus Points If You Have: Experience in home staging, interior design, or visual merchandising Understanding of buyer psychology and what makes a home sell A portfolio or examples of past styling/design work Why This Role is Different You’re not just decorating—you’re creating spaces that stand out and sell Every project is a new creative opportunity You’ll be part of a brand that values beauty, intention, and inclusivity Opportunity to grow within a fast-moving, evolving company To Apply Send your resume and (if available) portfolio or photos of your work to info@mission.design.
