Pottery Barn is looking for a creative and passionate Home Stylist to join our growing team. Our Home Stylist will help our customers bring their homes to life by creating inspiring, stylish, and functional displays in our store. We are looking for someone who takes initiative, has an eye for design, and an ability to connect with customers on a personal level.The ideal candidate for this role has a keen eye for detail, a passion for interior design, and an understanding of current trends. We are looking for a Home Stylist with strong communication and organizational skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Responsibilities: • Designing and creating inspiring, stylish, and functional displays in our store • Taking initiative to ensure all displays are up to date and reflect current trends • Building relationships with customers by assisting them in finding items that match their individual style • Keeping up to date with home décor trends and suggesting items to customers • Staying organized and maintaining a clean and orderly workspace • Working both independently and as part of a team • Keeping accurate records of sales and purchases • Assisting with tasks related to inventory control, such as restocking shelves when necessary.
