We’re looking for a Designer to bring vision, style, and expertise to every project. About the Role The Designer is at the center of each staging project — from the first property walk-through to the final accessory placed. This role is perfect for someone with extensive design experience who thrives on blending creativity with hands-on execution. You’ll design spaces that highlight a home’s best features, collaborate with agents and homeowners, and guide the staging team on-site to deliver polished, market-ready results. What You’ll Do • Walk properties with agents/homeowners and create tailored staging plans. • Select furniture, art, rugs, lighting, and accessories from our inventory to fit each property’s unique style and market. • Style vignettes and arrange décor to elevate every space. • Direct on-site stages, placing furniture, art, and accessories to achieve a cohesive design. • Stay ahead of design trends and bring fresh ideas to staging projects. • Collaborate with the team members and staging crew to ensure smooth execution. What We’re Looking For • Strong design background in interior design, home staging, or a related field. • Excellent eye for style, balance, and detail — able to transform any property into a showpiece. • Hands-on and willing to be on-site for stages/destages. • Ability to quickly assess spaces and make design decisions with confidence. • Professionalism and communication skills for working directly with agents, homeowners, and colleagues. • Creativity paired with practicality — understanding both aesthetics and real estate market appeal.
