Home Staging Assistant

Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Home Staging Assistant to join our dynamic interior design and real estate enhancement team. In this role, you will support the staging process by assisting with space planning, furniture arrangement, and aesthetic enhancements to showcase properties at their best. Your enthusiasm and eye for design will help create inviting, stylish environments that attract potential buyers and elevate property value. Duties • Assist with the setup and arrangement of furniture, decor, and accessories in residential and commercial spaces to optimize visual appeal • Support the team in preparing properties for staging by coordinating deliveries and organizing materials • Effectively collaborate with peers on home staging plans, furniture/decor placement, and overall aesthetic concepts • Help coordinate projects by tracking schedules, budgets, and communications • Maintain inventory of staging items including furniture, artwork, and decorative accessories • Support the team during client consultations by providing input on design ideas and project progress Skills • Knowledge of basic home staging principles, space planning best practices, and effective furniture/decor placement to achieve the best home staging experience for clients • Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar for editing images and creating presentation materials • Understanding of interior design principles including color theory, lighting design, and spatial arrangements • Experience with CAD drafting, remodeling processes, or construction documentation is a plus • Strong project management skills to coordinate multiple tasks efficiently • Excellent communication skills for collaborating with clients, contractors, and team members • Ability to handle projects effectively while supporting furniture sales efforts related to home staging engagements This position is ideal for individuals passionate about interior design, home improvement, or real estate staging who thrive in a collaborative environment.
