Position Overview: We’re seeking a creative, detail-oriented, and reliable Home Stager to join our dynamic team. This individual will work closely with our lead designer and moving crew to stage vacant and hybrid homes across Northwest Ohio. This role involves hands-on styling, furniture and accessory placement, light lifting, and an eye for what makes a home shine. Key Responsibilities: • Style and stage residential spaces (vacant and hybrid) under direction of Lead Stager or Design Team • Select and place art, pillows, bedding, accessories, and small furnishings • Collaborate with the warehouse team to pull, load, and return inventory as needed • Maintain the integrity and condition of staging inventory during installation and removal • Ensure each staged space aligns with Lovitt by Design’s signature aesthetic • Communicate effectively with clients, team members, and agents on-site • Assist in de-staging homes and organizing items for return • Keep staging spaces clean, photo-ready, and emotionally compelling Preferred Qualifications: • Prior staging, design, or visual merchandising experience is a plus, but not required • Strong sense of style, balance, and color coordination • Reliable transportation to job sites • Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and move efficiently during installs • Punctual, professional, and responsive • Must work well in a team environment and under time-sensitive conditions • Flexibility in scheduling based on project needs Why Join Lovitt by Design? • Be part of a fast-growing, purpose-driven business • Opportunity to grow within our three-pronged company (staging, design, moving) • Creative, collaborative work environment • Help transform houses into homes that sell faster and feel unforgettable To Apply: Email your resume and a brief paragraph on why you’re a great fit for this role to lovittbydesign@gmail.com.
