We specialize in creating high-impact, market-ready spaces that help homes sell quickly and stand out. *Position Overview** We’re hiring an experienced Home Stager for a flexible, as-needed role. Hours vary based on staging demand. This role combines design execution + physical work. You’ll be on job sites, in our warehouse, and actively involved in bringing each stage to life. *What You’ll DoExecute staging installs with strong design awarenessArrange furniture, artwork, and accessories to elevate each homePrep inventory and assist with de-staging resetsPreview homes and assist with layout planningHandle final touches, quick installs, and restocksAssist on runs in company vehicles (Sprinter van)Maintain organization and efficiency in the warehouse*Requirements (Must Have)Experience in home staging, interior design, or similar field (required)Ability to lift and move furniture and be on your feet for long periodsComfortable working in heat, warehouse environments, and active job sitesReliable transportation to our Springfield (Jacksonville) warehouseStrong attention to detail and sense of urgencyTeam-oriented with a solid work ethicFlexible schedule (hours vary week-to-week)*Important** This is a physically demanding role.
