Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Home Stager, based in Minneapolis, MN. The Home Stager will be responsible for assessing client properties, designing layouts, staging homes for sale, and creating aesthetically pleasing spaces. The role involves collaborating with team members, selecting furniture and decorative items, and ensuring projects align with clients' goals. Additionally, the role requires effective communication with clients to provide exceptional service and maintain the company’s high standard of excellence. Qualifications • Certified Home Stager certification and extensive experience in Home Staging • Strong skills in Interior Design and Decoration • Proven ability to deliver exceptional Customer Service and build lasting client relationships • Excellent attention to detail and creativity in designing visually appealing spaces • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines efficiently • Physical ability to handle staging tasks, including moving furnishings (within reasonable limits) • Proficiency with design tools and an understanding of real estate market trends is a plus • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for site visits
