ABOUT US: We are an award-winning luxury staging company serving the bay area. We specialize in residential staging and offer a variety of staging-plans and consultation services based on customer needs. We are committed to satisfying customers in every way we can. POSITION: •We are hiring an installer/stager. This is a part-time, contract/hourly position role that typically works Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:30 am to 4:00 pm. I can guarantee 30 hours and hope to be full time in the near future. •This role is a key component to the success of our company. The ideal candidate is self- motivated, thrives in a fast paced constantly changing environment, works well under pressure, and effectively meets deadlines. •The ideal candidate must be an energetic, creative team player who takes initiative and who would enjoy preparing residential homes for the growing real estate market. The candidate must be able to think outside the box and be excellent at multitasking. •We believe in a creative and cohesive teamwork environment based on trust and reliability. •To be considered for this position, you must have a valid driver's license, clean driving record, and reliable transportation to/from warehouse and job sites. You must be able to speak and read English. You must also be physically fit and able to lift up to 30 pounds. •Prior experience in the home staging or interior design industry would be considered an added benefit. •We understand great team members lead to an effective team and results in better client experiences. •A perfect job for a retired or former teacher who is very physically active QUALIFICATIONS: •Candidate must be an energetic •Takes initiative •Enjoy preparing residential homes for the growing real estate market •Must be able to think outside the box and be excellent at multitasking •Self-motivated •Works well as part of a team •Personable •Flexible and can-do attitude •Punctual, reliable, professional and organized team player •Position is physically demanding. Ability to bend, squat, lift (up to 30 pounds) and climb stairs •The aptitude to create aesthetically pleasing environments •College Degree Required RESPONSIBILITIES: •Travel between warehouse and job sites to complete residential staging installations •Lead the team of movers and assistant in placing large furniture items and home accessories •Ensure all items on staging plan are in the staging area and on the truck •Mount artwork •Manage destages, removal of installations •Light cleaning onsite: cleaning mirrors and surfaces, cleaning furniture, rugs, and steaming bedding. •Unpack items at the warehouse •Help keep the warehouse clean and organized •Maintain staging area by keeping it orderly and organized COMPENSATION/BENEFITS: •Hourly rate of $25-$27 •30-40 Hours per week based on company needs •Work week is Monday - Friday typically 8:30am-4:00pm •Mileage reimbursement •Cell phone stipend •Paid holidays •Sick Pay SEND TO THE EMAIL ABOVE: Please provide a cover letter detailing your interest in the position including relevant work experience, a resume, and references.
