Responsibilities • Meet or exceed sales goals by inspiring, designing, and confidently selling comprehensive solutions for all areas of a home • Establish trust, rapport, and understand customer needs to design and present projects and plans professionally • Manage multiple customer projects with precision, accuracy, and timely communication • Develop clientele through ongoing relationships, networking, and referrals • Build relationships within the local community by connecting with interior designers, home builders, realtors, and industry professionals • Arrive punctually to appointments and work assignments, and attend installations as needed for a positive experience • Maintain discretion regarding confidential company and customer information We prioritize our team's well-being, offering a benefits package beyond health insurance. Required Skills and Qualifications • College degree preferred; 2-5 years of outside sales experience and custom spaces knowledge preferred • Self-starter who is organized, creative, solutions-oriented, and manages time efficiently • Knowledge of design principles, trends in custom spaces, interior design, fashion, and retail industries • Professional appearance and communication skills at all levels • Flexible attitude, prioritizing high-value tasks, and adapting quickly to shifting priorities • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, Salesforce, AutoCad, and Windows-based systems • Reliable transportation and valid automobile insurance • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends A smoke-free and drug-free environment promotes employee wellness.
