Residential Remodeling Designer "> • Presentation and Design for Residential Remodeling. • Leading clients through the design process, developing detailed drawings, coordinating with suppliers, ensuring designs meet budget, code, and aesthetic goals. • 10+ years of residential remodeling experience, proficiency in Chief Architect or Design 2020, strong communication and project coordination skills required. Key Responsibilities: • Lead design meetings with clients to understand their goals, frustrations, aesthetic preferences, and functional needs. • Prepare accurate as-built drawings based on site visits, Canvas scans, and manual measurements. • Develop detailed floorplans, elevations, and 3D renderings in Chief Architect and Design 2020. • Presentation initial concepts, refine designs, finalize construction-ready plans based on feedback and constraints. • Ensure designs align with project budgets, code requirements, and field conditions.
