Design Studio Home Stylist Role You will inspire customers to express themselves in their living spaces. This is an exciting opportunity to utilize your interior design expertise and bring the shopping experience to a seamless close as you assist customers and complete sales at the point of sale. Key Responsibilities • Assist clients in one on one consultations in the store and in-home regarding the design of their living spaces to drive sales • Perform productive in-home consultations including measuring and assessing the client's living space • Create and present design plans based on client needs, style, preferences, and living space • Maintain knowledge of current promotions to achieve and exceed established sales goals Essential Skills and Qualifications • Strong communication, clienteling, and customer follow-up skills • Ability to complete and coordinate complex large orders within a variety of channels • 1-2 years of customer service and retail sales experience (specialty retail preferred) Work Environment: The role requires working in a dynamic retail environment with extended periods of mobility. Lifting and mobilizing medium to large items up to 75 lbs while utilizing equipment and safety techniques is necessary.
