We're seeking an experienced Design Sales Specialist/Home Stylist to join our dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity to work with customers and help them create their dream homes.

Key Responsibilities
You will inspire customers to express themselves in their home by utilizing your design expertise to assist clients in one-on-one consultations in-store and in-home regarding the design of their living spaces to drive sales.
Requirements
• Utilize design expertise to assist clients in one-on-one consultations in-store and in-home.
• Perform productive in-home consultations, accurately measuring and assessing clients' living spaces.
• Create and present design plans based on clients' needs, style, preferences, and living space.
• Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions to achieve and exceed established sales and productivity goals.
• Demonstrate superior product knowledge, including features and benefits of the entire design studio assortment.
• Possess strong communication, clienteling, and customer follow-up skills.
• Ability to complete and coordinate complex large orders within various sales channels.
• Experience working with design elements preferred.
• Proven ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Physical Requirements
• Must be able to be mobile on the sales floor for extended periods.
• Must be able to lift and mobilize medium to large items up to 75 lbs while using appropriate equipment and safety techniques.
