We are looking to hire sales reps / design consultants in the home improvement industry. In home, consultative sales, no door to door, we provide you with qualified leads! We are THE PAVER COMPANY, and we specialize in design, sales and installation of interlocking paving stone driveways, walkways, patios and pool decks. We also install synthetic turf lawns and putting greens, beautiful stone garden, sitting and retaining walls as well as numerous outdoor elements such as water features, BBQ islands, fire pits, lighting and more! If you are interested in becoming part of our rapidly growing team you will need to: Have a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation & insurance. Basic tech skills such as: Use of Microsoft Excel & Word. Google calendar and email. Salesforce Use a smart phone. Excellent verbal & written communication skills Ability to read & use a tape measure, do basic math & geometry skills Able to lift approx. 50 lbs. Construction experience is a plus but not necessary Bi-lingual (English & Spanish) is also a plus but not required Previous sales experience helpful but not required, we will train the right person We pay commission plus incentives, realistic $100K+++ per year and the sky’s the limit!
