As a Home Furnishings Advisor you will transform store guests into loyal customers by creating inspiration and excitement around quality home furnishings. Key Responsibilities: • Deliver exceptional, world-class service to every guest. • Guide customers through product selections, design ideas, and financing options. • Accurately process sales transactions and maintain required documentation. • Support store operations, inventory checks, and visual merchandising. • Consistently achieve sales goals and performance standards. Qualifications: • High school diploma or equivalent (preferred). • Minimum 1 year of customer service or retail sales experience (preferred). • Strong interpersonal and communication skills. • Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays. • Reliable, enthusiastic, and motivated to provide excellent customer experiences.
