Lead Sales Role
Improve the customer experience by providing expert advice on home design and enhancing their lifestyle.
• Deliver exceptional sales support to customers by showcasing products that meet their needs.
Key responsibilities include:
• Provide daily assistance to management team by performing routine tasks, register functions, and back-office procedures.
• Ensure store adheres to visual, replenishment, cleanliness, safety, and back-of-house standards during manage-on-duty shifts.
• Effectively execute the Selling Captain role, serving as a sales associate model for sales generation and customer service.
The ideal candidate will possess effective communication, organizational, and leadership skills, with a proven ability to motivate and influence others through personal actions and examples.
Requirements:
• 1-3 years retail sales experience with shift supervision experience preferred.
• 1-2 years experience in home-related design, visual merchandising, or stockroom responsibilities preferred (specialty retail preferred but not required).
Physical Requirements:
• Able to move freely on the sales floor for extended periods.
• Able to lift and maneuver medium to large items up to 75 pounds while utilizing appropriate equipment and safety techniques.
Availability:
• Full-time associates expected to have open availability to meet business needs.
• Part-time flex associates must be available to work a minimum of 15 hours per week, including two regularly scheduled shifts on the weekend and two during the week.
