Home Design Expert Role Overview We're seeking a highly skilled Home Design Expert to join our team. In this role, you will inspire customers to express themselves in their homes by utilizing your design expertise to assist clients in one-on-one consultations in-store and in-home regarding the design of their living spaces. • Provide personalized design services to clients to drive store sales and promote continued customer engagement. • Perform productive in-home consultations including measuring and assessing clients' living spaces. • Create and present design plans based on clients' needs, styles, preferences, and living spaces. Our ideal candidate has strong communication and clienteling skills, with the ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
