Stay up-to-date on current design trends and incorporate them into your consultations with customers. Provide exceptional customer service by actively listening to customers' needs and offering personalized design solutions. Use your knowledge of our home decor collection to make product recommendations and assist customers in finding the perfect pieces for their homes. Demonstrate a strong understanding of design principles and utilize them to create aesthetically pleasing spaces for customers. Work closely with customers to understand their personal style and preferences and incorporate them into the design process. Maintain a high level of professionalism and represent the Banana Republic brand in a positive manner. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless and enjoyable customer experience.
