Meet and greet clients in a friendly and professional manner. Use your creativity and eye for design to provide personalized recommendations to clients. Understand and interpret clients' needs and preferences to create unique and stylish living spaces. Stay up-to-date on current design trends and products to provide knowledgeable recommendations to clients. Utilize strong communication skills to effectively convey design concepts and ideas to clients. Collaborate with clients to develop a design plan that meets their budget and timeline. Conduct on-site visits to assess clients' homes and provide design suggestions. Create detailed design proposals and present them to clients for approval. Utilize software and other tools to create visual representations of design ideas. Maintain a positive and professional relationship with clients throughout the design process. Work closely with other team members, including sales associates and managers, to ensure a seamless and exceptional customer experience. Attend training and development sessions to enhance design skills and knowledge. Keep accurate records of client interactions and design projects. Provide excellent customer service and address any concerns or issues that may arise during the design process. Represent Banana Republic in a positive and professional manner at all times.
