Assist customers in creating stylish and functional living spaces by utilizing your expertise in home design and knowledge of brand aesthetic. Use your keen eye for interior aesthetics and trends to provide personalized design recommendations to customers. Provide exceptional customer service by actively listening to customers' needs and addressing any concerns or questions they may have. Stay up-to-date on the latest home decor and design trends to provide customers with the most current and relevant design advice. Utilize your creativity to come up with unique and innovative design solutions for customers' homes. Collaborate with fellow team members to create visually appealing and cohesive displays in the store. Maintain a strong understanding of the features and benefits of our products to effectively communicate them to customers. Create a welcoming and inviting atmosphere for customers in the store by maintaining a clean and organized work space. Be knowledgeable about the store's policies and procedures, and ensure they are followed at all times. Continuously strive to meet and exceed sales goals by actively promoting and upselling products to customers. Build and maintain relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and positive reviews. Continuously seek opportunities to improve the customer experience and provide feedback to management. Attend training sessions and workshops to enhance knowledge and skills in home design and customer service. Represent Banana Republic in a professional and positive manner at all times.
